Who We Are
A Dedicated Spray Foam Roofing Specialist, Not a Generalist With a Foam Rig
We built this company around one roofing system — spray polyurethane foam — for Pittsburgh and Western PA's commercial and industrial property owners.
There is a meaningful difference between a roofing company that offers spray polyurethane foam as one line item on a longer menu, and a company that specializes in it. We are the second kind. SPF is not installed the way shingles, TPO sheets, or standing-seam metal panels are installed — it is sprayed on as a liquid, expands into a rigid closed-cell foam in real time on the roof deck, and cures into one continuous, seamless, fully-adhered surface. Getting that right, consistently, on commercial and industrial roofs of every shape and condition, takes a crew that does nothing else. That is the company we built.
We made that choice deliberately. A generalist roofing company that also happens to own a foam rig is optimizing for breadth — they need to be competent at shingles, single-ply membranes, metal, and foam all at once, and foam usually ends up as the system they know least well. We optimized for depth instead. Every estimator who walks your roof, every foreman who runs a job site, and every applicator holding the spray gun works in this one system, day in and day out. That focus is what lets us catch substrate issues before they become recoat failures, dial in lift thickness for your specific roof geometry, and build tapered drainage into a project instead of treating ponding water as someone else's problem.
It also means we think about your roof differently than a generalist would. We do not see spray foam as a one-time transaction — we see it as the start of a relationship that runs for decades, because that is genuinely how the system is designed to work. The foam layer itself can outlast almost any other roofing material on the market when its protective topcoat is recoated on schedule. A company that only shows up once has no reason to build that kind of long-term thinking into how it operates. We do, because it is the entire business.
Training & Experience
Crews trained specifically for spray foam roofing, in Pittsburgh's climate
SPFA-Aligned Application Standards
Our applicators are trained on industry-standard SPF application practices in line with Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA) guidance — substrate preparation, moisture testing, ambient condition limits, lift-thickness control, and correct topcoat mil thickness. Foam roofing rewards precision; our process is built to deliver it on every job, not just the ones a client happens to be watching closely.
Fluent in Pittsburgh's Freeze-Thaw Climate
Western PA winters cycle through freeze and thaw repeatedly across a single season, and low parapets and complex flashing transitions collect ice and set up classic ice-damming conditions. Our crews plan application timing, flashing detail work, and drainage correction with that cycle in mind from the first site visit, not as an afterthought once a leak shows up in February.
Deep Reps on Older Commercial Buildings
A large share of our project history is on Pittsburgh's older commercial and industrial building stock — steel mill-era warehouses, converted manufacturing space, aging strip retail, schools, and churches. These roofs come with quirks: inconsistent decking, legacy patch repairs, multiple layers of prior roofing. Reading that history correctly before spraying is exactly the kind of judgment that comes from specialization, not a generalized crew rotation.
Documented, Photo-Verified Workmanship
Every job includes a documented condition assessment before work begins and a photo-verified final walkthrough before we consider it complete. That documentation supports manufacturer warranty requirements and gives building owners a clear record for insurance, capital planning, and future maintenance decisions.
One Specialist, the Full Lifecycle
Install, recover, recoat, repair — one continuous relationship
Most roofing relationships end the day the crew packs up. Ours is built to continue, because that is how spray foam roofing is actually designed to perform over its lifespan. We stay involved through every phase your roof will go through:
New Installation
A seamless SPF roof built from the deck up, or over an existing structurally sound roof without a tear-off.
Learn more →Recoating & Recovery
Extending an existing foam roof's life, or recovering an aging built-up or metal roof with SPF instead of a full reroof.
Learn more →Maintenance & Inspection Programs
Scheduled inspections and recoat-cycle planning that keep your roof — and your warranty — protected for decades.
Learn more →Repair
Fast, localized fixes for leaks, punctures, and flashing failures on a monolithic system that doesn't require replacing whole sections.
Learn more →We also work regularly on tapered insulation and ponding water correction, commercial and industrial flat-roof applications, and storm and freeze-thaw damage repair. If you're still weighing whether SPF is the right system for your building, our spray foam vs. TPO, EPDM & metal comparison page walks through the tradeoffs honestly.

Why Property Owners Choose Us
What sets a specialist apart
SPF Is the Whole Business, Not a Side Offer
We don't send a shingle crew up to spray foam on the side. Every estimator, foreman, and applicator on our roster works in this system daily — substrate prep, lift thickness, cure windows, and topcoat chemistry are second nature, not a stretch assignment.
Documented, Photo-Backed Process
Every assessment, every phase of application, and every finished job gets a written condition report and photo documentation — the kind of paper trail facilities managers need for capital planning and manufacturers require to keep warranties valid.
One Contractor for the Roof's Entire Life
We install, we recover, we recoat, and we repair — the same company that sprayed your roof is the one that inspects it in year eight and recoats it in year fifteen. No re-explaining your building's history to a new contractor every time something comes up.
Built Around Pittsburgh's Building Stock and Climate
Our crews spend more time on steel mill-era warehouses, converted manufacturing space, and pre-war commercial buildings than on anything else — and every install plan accounts for freeze-thaw cycling and ice damming from the first site visit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Questions we hear about who we are and how we work
What is spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing?
SPF roofing is a fluid-applied roofing system where liquid foam is sprayed directly onto a roof surface, where it expands and cures into a rigid, seamless, fully-adhered insulating layer, then covered with a protective elastomeric topcoat.
Will spray foam roofing disrupt my business operations during install?
Disruption is typically minimal since there's no tear-off, demolition, or debris removal — application happens from the roof exterior and we schedule around your operating hours whenever possible.
Is spray foam roofing safe, low-odor, and low-VOC during application?
Modern SPF systems have low odor during and after application compared to some older roofing materials, and our crews follow standard safety protocols for application and site containment during the process.
What maintenance is required after installation to keep the warranty valid?
Most manufacturer warranties require documented periodic inspections and recoating on schedule — we can set up a maintenance program that keeps your roof compliant and your warranty valid.
What areas of Pittsburgh and Western PA do you serve?
We serve commercial and industrial properties throughout Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania, including Allegheny, Westmoreland, Washington, Butler, and Beaver counties.
